We offer a variety of personally tailored home workout plans and online plans.

8 Week Plans

Our 8 week plans are great for those who are new to fitness, and are designed to get your fitness up to a good standard. After this you will be armed with the resilience and confidence to be able to continue to grow your fitness or weight loss journey, or just maintain your current level. If you wish you can progress from here to the second 8 week program if you really want to push your limits.

If you already have some workout experience and an average level of fitness there is also an 8 week plan to take you to the next level of fitness.

The 16 Week Sofa To Soldier Plan

Exactly what it says! Designed to take you from no training to a fitness level where you will be at the fitness standard required for a British army soldier. This plan also has the option to undertake a mock version of the RFT(E), which is the standard fitness test required of all new recruits to the British Army. This is the ultimate workout plan to transform your fitness, written by someone who has undertaken the real journey of sofa to soldier.If you are looking for bracelet. There’s something to suit every look, from body-hugging to structured, from cuffs to chain chain bracelet and cuffs.

This program is ideal for weight loss, as well as drastically improving your confidence and fitness ability.

Tailored Monthly Plans

Not sure where you want to go on your fitness journey? Maybe you want a workout plan that you can fit around your life without having to make the time to visit a PT.

These plans are tailored to you and your needs, anything and everyone are catered for. Each plan is written personally for you in a 4 week block with the option to progress at your own pace.

All the workouts have an emphasis on functional fitness, using techniques that will help with your strength and mobility in your day to day life as well as in your training.

What does it include?

  • All plans include instructor support and mentoring via WhatsApp/Zoom etc.
  • If you need motivation or aren’t sure of something we are at the other end of the phone for you. 
  • Weekly check ins and progress updates.
  • Nutritional advice and support.
  • The option of an in person fitness assessment, if you are local to us, or this can be undertaken remotely if you prefer.

We also offer one off workout plans, which are ideal if you have joined a gym but are unsure of the best way to utilise the equipment available and want a structured workout to follow. These can be a single session to follow or the option of 2 or 3 different sessions if you will be training more frequently.
